Garbage Run
Garbage Run
Tap the screen, or press space, to flip. Eat the trash, dodge the Pokemon.
One thumb, no rules to read. Tap to flip Trubbish between the floor and the ceiling and eat everything on the street, Garbage Plates included. A hundred pieces of trash and he evolves.
How it works. Tap anywhere, or press Start and then use space,
W or the arrow keys, which flip Trubbish once the
board has your focus. Every piece of trash you eat is a point. Other Pokemon are out there too and
touching one ends the run. Get to 100 and Trubbish evolves into Garbodor for the rest of the game.
Some of the trash is a Garbage Plate, because of course it is. Home fries, macaroni salad, hot sauce,
mustard and onion, exactly like Nick Tahou would hand you at two in the morning. A plate is worth the same one
point as everything else on the street. It just tastes better.
That is downtown Rochester, NY behind him. The Times Square building and its four wings, the Xerox tower,
Kodak, the grain silos, and High Falls with the Pont de Rennes over the top of it. It is drawn on the canvas
like everything else here, and it is kept dim on purpose so the things that can kill you stay the brightest
objects on the screen.

The other games are quicker: a memory board dealt from the hundred most valuable cards in Pokemon, a set guesser, a silhouette round and a trivia run. This one is for a longer wait.
