Pokemon 30th Celebration

The first Pokemon TCG expansion to launch on the same day worldwide in participating markets. It is all foil, there is no booster box, and every pack comes inside one of 15 products. This page is what is known about it, what is not, and how far along one master set is.

199 is not an official number. PokeBeach's count of the revealed English list, 10 September 2026. The 30 Pikachu are part of the 128 main set cards. Several secret rares were still unrevealed: PokeBeach's own English gallery runs to number 158 and has four blanks in it, so part of the 33 is slots rather than cards anyone has seen. The Pokemon Company has never published a card count for this set, so these bars run against PokeBeach's count and may move when the last secret rares are shown.

What every pack guarantees

THESE ARE CERTAINTIES AND NOT ODDS, which is why they lead. A guaranteed Pikachu in all 199 packs of a sealed run is worth more to somebody master setting this than any probability, because it is the one part of the set you cannot miss by being unlucky.

One Japanese box, opened once

One box, not a rateThis is a SAMPLE OF TWENTY PACKS, not a pull rate, and it is a JAPANESE box. Japanese packs hold six cards where English packs hold five, and the two sets are different sizes (176 against 199), so it does not convert into an English expectation. It is on the page because it is the only opened-box data that exists for this set and because one opening of a known size is a fact about that opening. Do not restate it as a rate.

English pull rates

Checked 11 September 2026: PokeBeach's English set guide still reads "We will have this information closer to the set's release next week", and TPCi has published nothing. The set releases 16 September. They will be added here when the publisher or PokeBeach states them. A number worked out from somebody's early box is not one of those, and this page will not carry it as one.

  • Binder Collection 5 packs • $31.99 A nine pocket binder in the anniversary design. DELAYED: this was 2 October and TPCi moved it to 4 December in the United States, confirmed without announcement on pokemon.com and on retailer pages including Best Buy. No reason was given. It was also the one 30th product being opened on stream months early, which is how much of the set leaked, though nothing ties that to the delay.

Cards the English set does not have

The Illustration Rares of Nidorina and Ditto are in the Japanese set and are NOT in the English one. Both were turned into English promos instead, which is why a Nidorina promo is the Elite Trainer Box's card.

Accessories

The Pokemon Center releases matching accessories on 16 September, the same day as the set: deck boxes, playmats, card sleeves, card displays, a card storage box and tote bags.

Japan's card list, all 173 revealed

This is Japan's set and not the English one. PokeBeach, 9 September 2026. The 30 Pikachu are part of the 103 main set cards. Japan's list and the English one are NOT the same set and the numbering does not line up: English has 128 main set cards to Japan's 103, because it folds in cards from Japan's Espeon ex and Umbreon ex 30th Celebration Premium Deck Set. It is here because it is the only full list of this set that exists in words anywhere: the English card images have been revealed but their names have not been published, so an English checklist would have to be guessed from Japanese numbers that demonstrably do not line up.

DERIVED, NOT REPORTED: Japan's revealed numbering runs #001-165 plus 8 Energy, which is 173 of the stated 176. Main is #001-103, then #104-135 is 32 secret rares, then #136-165 is the 30 Classic Collection. PokeBeach states 35 secret rares, so three are unrevealed. That is arithmetic on their own figures and is not a claim any source made.
