Evolution
Celesteela does not evolve
It has no pre-evolution and nothing it becomes, which puts it with the 200 other species in the Pokedex that stand alone. The evolution chart lists every one of them.

What beats Celesteela
Damage taken by a Steel / Flying Pokemon, computed from the type chart. Everything not listed does normal damage.

This is the video game chart, not the card game. The Pokemon TCG has eleven types and no type chart at all: Weakness and Resistance are printed on each individual card, and two cards of the same Pokemon can print different ones.
