Does Dollar General sell Pokemon cards?

Yes, in stores. Dollar General has a Pokemon category of its own under Toys & Games, and its Pokemon trading card listings say plainly that the item is not eligible for delivery.

What they stock

Small sealed only, so packs, blisters and tins rather than boxes. Packs, tins and repackaged formats: sleeved booster packs, mini tins, three-booster tins, a stacking tin, a mini portfolio with a booster in it and a 30th Celebration poster collection.
